Delivery Methods
GNF GROUP SRLS, with registered office in Via Salvatore Sunseri, Trabia 16, Italy, VAT number 07191570824, undertakes to deliver the products ordered via contracted couriers to the address indicated by the customer during the online purchase process. Shipments can be made to an alternative address to the billing address, provided that it is indicated in the order form and located in the User's country of residence. The customer will be notified by email regarding the shipment.
Processing and Delivery Times
GNF GROUP SRLS undertakes to process orders within 2 working days, except for holidays and extraordinary situations, and in any case within 30 days from the day after the order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and are normally between 1 and 5 working days for national orders, with longer times for international shipments.
Product Availability
If a product is not available in stock at the time of ordering, GNF GROUP SRLS
will promptly inform the customer, who will be able to choose between canceling the order with a full refund or waiting for the restocking.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on the delivery location and the type of shipping selected by the customer. For orders with a value equal to or greater than €230, GNF GROUP SRLS offers free shipping in Italy. Any additional costs for specific delivery methods or particular destinations will be clearly indicated in the order summary, before the customer proceeds to payment.
Complaints and Delivery Anomalies
Upon receipt of the product, the User is required to verify the integrity of the packaging and the correspondence with the number of packages indicated. Any anomalies found during delivery must be reported immediately to the Customer Service of GNF GROUP SRLS by email to info@hera-watches.it. In the event of receiving damaged packages, the customer waives the right to legal guarantee for non-conformity.
